This is done by refreshing the DoT before it has expired, normally within the "pandemic window" of that spell/ability.

so it was able to do a few env
trying to find a good point to stop using rupture

Imo you probably won't ever not use rupture unless the fight is going to be over before a full duration rupture would have expired. Since it's Damage per execute is higher than envenom. Then you have to factor in the energy Regen you get from the ticks, it's just not a good idea unless it's something is going to die extreemly fast.

I've noticed people using Sephuz on bosses, such as Felhounds. What's the logic behind this? I understand how good it is in dungeons for example, where you can interrupt/stun/blind all the time.
I don't see the point in using it on bosses where you can't interrupt or apply any form of cc to the boss thus not being able to proc it.

@austere trail so far, exang is a pretty subatntial loss. especially with the long cd on Vendetta. With artifact the 45sec vendetta 45sec exang was nice. but we also had BoTA and Concordance. Now, it just sucks.

okay guys, a couple noob questions. in the opener i've seen some guys say 1 mutilate rupture into vendetta/toxic, and i've seen others that build to 5 on the first rup. seems almost negligable does it matter? also say we're balls deep in the rotation and garote has 2 seconds left and vanish has 3 seconds left, is it worth to let the garrote fall off for 1 sec to apply buffed garrote, or hold the vanish for the next garrote... (subterfuge btw)
