I mean if I generated 2 cp by mutilate, its a clear thing, I weave in another mutilate witht he risk of only wasting 1cp. it still has godly secondary stats, and the effect still account for ~1.5% of your overall damage, instead of ~3%, which for a 6k sim means its about 100-130dps worse than the sim might suggest
