just be aware of the possible builds/legendary combinations, and sim them on a semi-regular basis to see what is best for your current level of gear
theres no set breakpoints or thresholds where one build suddenly starts pulling ahead

theres ~5legendaries right now that are all fairly close in value, so the rest of the non-legendary gear you have on those slots may decide which legendaries to pick up for pure singletarget
i.e. if youre having 980 boots with crit/mastery, then the legendary boots usually arent the best option for you
