Garrote and Rupture uptimes seem fine, you're not messing up a ton of KB/TB + ENV uptimes, aim for 2-3 Envenoms during Toxic Blade, don't refresh Garrote or Rupture during TB.
Use your Finishers at 4+.
You can Garrote or FoK at four with PK relics and with the cloak I don't imagine it's awful.
Just don't MUT.

@cold rampart there is a weakaura that does what you want, however it isnt really helpful. because the WA has to track the combat-log for a PB proc, by the time the weakaura triggers the first tick has already happened. with human reaction times being a thing, its not really feasible to react to a bomb-proc on such short notice

There was a period where you went a whole minute and a half without using kingsbane or toxic blade. You should be pressing them more or less on cooldown. You missed at least 3 toxic blade casts throughout that fight.

Garrote damage isn't huge atm (~5%) and is almost entirely used for NRG regen/etc. Having it reset after a kill doesn't really do much for you when the damage is so poor (in regards to raiding).

nightstalker is the go-to choice since you can start with full CP on almost every pack and boss, and it will only get better with BfA when we actually have a good aoe opener skill that we can ns-snapshot
