the LD, Alac, SND rows sucks. SND is either good or shit, depend on how much % damage auto attacks are, and alacrity is too needed for a spec that wants haste

It's less about when to mutilate when more when to envenom
You only want to envenom right before the previous envenom buff is going to run out, except during toxic blade where you can fit 3 envenoms during its duration
So when you use mutilate doesn't really matter as long as you use your subsequent finisher
