Sims will give you the most accurate answer. For me, running bracers/boots and 3 BB relics, crit was almost on par with mastery until around 37%, at which point it fell off. Still well ahead of versa though.

I think shoulders devalue crit some, at least it did with T20. Not sure with T21.
