u guys are so silly. no reason not to do both. only reason i recommended m+ over the raid is you can farm m+ whereas you can only do the raid so many times before you stop getting loot

first m+ is a guaranteed good itemlevel item
so it should be done first

whatever order is fine. m+ is just farmable and takes less people. so if he really is friendless - its easier to make friends with 1-4 other people than a raid group capable of knocking out multiple difficulties in a short amount of time. Chances are his raid run is going to take hours and hours and hours vs a m+ that doesnt have to take so long
