my biggest issues that were directly attributed to casual QQ are: #1 homogenization -- every class can do everything. 2# pruning. You can disguise this by euphemisms such as "bloat", "class fantasy" and what not, but when it comes to it, this is just purely to decrease the skill gap, artificially. This is a huge detriment to the game.

bleed is 3vend, bracer boot. 2p4p. if you dont have those things, then you will delay exang until vend catches up. then you will have a lag to refresh garrote. then exang will infact be a really shitty build.
