Well going to 3 MAs with the exact same relics I have now is about a 30k increase for Alacrity and would equal my shoulder/bracers.

the difference between using it before kb and at 9 secs is about 0,3% or smth (quoting someone else i think they simmed it)
So only save it for 9 seconds if it comes off cd after you used kb already
