Hey. I have a quest and I know it might look like a stupid one, but i'm really confused about it. I'm simming my character using mantle with shackles/duskwalker's leggos, in both cases i'm using equivalent itens for the lefting leggo (in terms of stats and ilvl) - for example: mast/crit boots with zoldycks's or mast/crit wrist with duskwalker's - in fights with one boss, during 5 and 8 minutes. In any case duskwalker's pulls ahead of the shackles. The problem is, looking for guides and taking a look at the warcraftlogs, i noticed that, in almost every single case, people put shackles ahead of the boots, and it's making me really confused. So i'm coming here to ask if i should keep on going with the boots while it's simming higher, or change to the shackles, and maybe build stats around it (?) - don't even know if that's the case, just making a supposition. and if you have good gear for it, go with shoulder+boots or bracer+boots, you basically gain 2-4 vendetta cast that way, because you can vendetta the boss after the first add and it will be back for the second add

best way to do that is only stack when bomb is about to explode
after that, ranged without fear can spread
like the way BDG did, so much easier to dodge and ranged dont need to interrupt 2 out of 3 casts
but thats not the only problem, and it wouldnt be a problem if we had good dps or everyone alive all the time 🤷

How I suspect it all works:
- Posts on fansites, forums, etc
- CRMs/etc analyze and 'aggregate' that feedback
- it gets passed to devs
- whether or not dev actually reads direct feedback is dev-by-dev basis. Some probably don't--can you imagine how awful it would feel to read peoples' complaints about every single decision you make?
