you can add. 30%, of the previous rupture duration, to your new rupture.
So if you had a full 24sec. you can add. up to 7 sec to your new cast.

if you use subterfuge there is a 3 sec window after vanish to reapply garrote

With good timers on Garrote and Rupture you probably need like... 70?
for 2 easily.
If you've enough crit you can get the 3rd in there.
Just make sure you are not losing Rupture uptime due to getting that last Envenom off.
and being dry on NRG and/or CP.
