@dark jackal first impression is that you are completely whiffing your second+ vanishes, save it for vendetta and toxic blade, and use vanish > envenom even in execute range. On varimathras your rupture fell off of the target for 30+ seconds which is unacceptable, both dots should never fall off of the target, they may not do much damage but you get energy back when they do. But yeah not having tier really hurts your damage and energy generation. There are a few times where you are using kingsbane yet barely getting any envenom uptime during them which is something to be aware of, though without the energy generation of tier 21 4 piece it is hard to keep up. Your envenom uptime looks fairly normal given your gear right now. Another thing to consider is shortening your opener: garrote - mut - rupture - tb - kingsbane - vanish - etc so tb and the inital kb hit are guaranteed to crit.
