Rupture damage is not modified by the CP put into it anymore so you lose a few seconds off the top but nothing damning.

I think its a fair comparison to see the damage difference between ruptures and envenoms, regardless if they are NSed or not.
Missing out on that one, singular envenom after reaching the add seems like a gain considering a rolling NS-rupture does ~2x that of a env crit
