@zenith bear there should never be a point where you are at 1-2 cp and debating using a finisher, I mean objectively, and there is some debate about delaying tb or not. The longer the fight, the more potential tb casts you will be wasting. But in a very short fight it could theoretically produce better results. The sim apl does not delay it.

I prefer mantle+boots on this fight over mantle+bracers, boots +bracers might obviously work as well.
