at other times you just try to have maximum uptime, but it doesn't really change that much because there are other things that are more important
for example fitting more evenoms into tb or having a evenom buff at the beginning of KB
If you do those things correctly you will have optimal sot uptime automatically

first of all you can play easily with 4 healer and just the ppl with max gear not max immunities
second you can use immunities to remove the chains debuff and make it so much easier to heal
third you dont need to wait for trys where you dont have 3 chains (or 2 chains on healer) on chain 3/4

say you have 4 seconds on rupture, you apply new 5 CP rupture which is 24 seconds if memory serves. Your rupture will be 28 seconds long not 24 seconds
