do it in LFR . plenty of time on garothi to get rotation down.

you do need to take bracers off for some bosses (ie: odyn, helya) but usually shoulders/wrist

how come when i'm at 23% crit and 190% mastery, my stat weights still says i should put mastery in before crit. While most of top loggers have 35% crit and 175% mastery. Anyone can explain this one to me?

vigor is generally better, yes. With deeper strat you may be able to get away with goin gwith 5+ actually. Not seeing anything contradicting that
