that puts them at 42% chance on 2nd and 4th chains to get 3 chains which is pretty much a wipe

@strange python talents are pretty much the same and you should use your cooldowns as often as they benefit you obviously. gotta have their CD in mind so that you have 'em up as you approach the bosses

Assuming most of you are comfortable with both, how do you decide when to play sin and when to play sub?
One for raids, one for M+? Or even for M+, is it instance-by-instance? Or based on which legendaries you have?
I've only played my rogue a wee bit this expansion, and we have a rogue on our M+ team I am trying to advise.

sub is just a tad bit better on m+ if played good

High keys being a relative term, we are trying to up our M+ game a bit.
Transitioning from just doing our weekly 15s to seeing how far we can take it.
Only started this month and working our way into 18s and 19s. No 20s yet, but hoping soon.
Comp is BrM, Resto Druid, Warrior, Mage, and Rogue.
Rogue is most comfortable with Assassination, but other dps are after him to learn Sub.
We all like the player; they just think he could burst moe AoE with Sub.
I am open minded and trying to learn.

My personal experience: Assa has the better sustained aoe dps, slightly better pure st dps and an aoe slow. Sub has burst aoe and can tunnel aoe into st dps.
