@primal sigil fok at >=4 is still in the APL if you have 5 6 7 pk. and >=3 if using DS. It is not ideal to have PK relics, but if you do, its fine for that cp.

@strange python any fight with 2t wil benefit bracers. and any fight where your dps raiders die will benefit bracer. and the Top end of shoulder bracer is higher due to the shoulder rng in execute. if you have run weights for both set ups and boots are flat better, then fine.

Havw I missed a patch? Crown/boots with EP is simming as a far better for me than any other combo. It just feels weird in raid. It's even suggesting to prioritize crit over mastery and my mastery is dropping lower and lower. Poison build, 958 equipped.
