However for ones that are tied to the base appearance, ie. Balance of power, you would have to unlock the base balance of power skin on your other Druid to then unlock the other appearances in that section
As for mage tower, you need to unlock the other tints on the character that unlocked the base version
The rbg one is the only really annoying one, as you can just find somebody to carry you through the dungeons and heroic kj kill

Just start with those pants in your mog tab. Then spread out from shoulders, boots, and gloves. That’s my usual method and it works. If you can find a chest, remember shirts and tabard work well.
