Human, void elves, fem orcs, undead, and dark irons are all on roughly equal ground for me in terms of visuals/flavor. The only ones I wouldn't roll purely for mog reasons are worgen/male pandaren. I have seen mogs that work with them and worgen have improved a lot, but being restricted that much just because of the way those races are built isn't something I'd wanna deal with.

I for one would love the ability to Tint existing armor. Plenty of games and mmos have Dyes. It contradicts a few sets whom only differentiate Difficulty Through colors but still. Would make transmogging and customization more fun
