Okay Sifting Sands is actually a lot more interesting than I originally thought
When applied to a weapon, it changes PART of the weapons base appearance to look like it's been submerged in sand, like a partial version of wraithchill
And adds a constant stream of sand falling off the weapon
Also the backpack hides back-sheathed weapons
