Finding shoulders/gloves that just straight up messes up the colour scheme proved to be really annoying, there really weren't any that matched the shade of the boots and legs but I sought to enhance the darker tone a bit with chainmail like this, got some fancy looking bracers too

Passes my squint test. In that setting your mog has just enough off-white and brighter bits to set it apart from the dark blues and purples. It'd be wonderful if that rapier coloring had brighter hues along the blade, but that ain't anything you can change. unless Blizz adds a dye system, which I uh.... don't really forsee

Thought #1 - Why are 1h weapons so friggen big on ladies.
Thought #2 - The belt feels off to me. It may be the green? Do you have access to a belt more in line with muted gold, grey-black, gold-brown, or a more muted green to fit closer to the shoulders? What's it look like without a belt?
Thought #3 - I feel finding weaponry to match the gold/white oof the outfit would match better than those rapiers. It's largely the hilt that throws it off for me, otherwise the steel is a nice tone!
