i'd be very happy with just more variants of the sets really. Not a full dye system, but maybe after you unlock a full sets appearance it would unlock a few colour variations as well. ik sets in the past have had different versions designed and ready to be put into the game but werent, some which we saw brought back in island expeditions. ik we kind of have that with LFR/nml/hc raid pieces, and the warfront/aspirant gear too, but few more variations couldnt hurt

here's your full set. The shoulders are very out of place. There's a reason they are meme. big bulky and dont go with anything. The only other piece you mention is the helm which is fine but you're basically just using a full set.
Major fashion rule is to try to match belt and shoes. Change those two pieces out and you'll be able to use the chest legs and gloves of uldir and not be considered a full set.
find a nice looking pair of shoulders that might go and you've already got a way better mog. this isnt perfect by any means just two sets of 3 mashed together but even this will gain u points rather than being 0/10

I'd try to more closely match the faded blue of the T10
Especially on the gloves, since there isn't black anywhere else on the outfit
I think the silver on the swords doesn't really match the rest of the set
and thematically I don't think an eyepatch fits the outfit, but I like the hair color matching the green accents
In order of importance I'd change the Gloves > Weapons > Head > feet
