Only cloth class I play is priest and I'm personally not a fan of blizzards robes. Most of them don't look that great and it limits what you can do. I like to show off chest/leg pieces -gives you more to work with than a robe

You can, it's just that specifically only your main-hand weapon can be transmogrified to Fear, and only your off-hand can be transmogrified to Vengeance.
Same goes for The Sleeper and The Dreamer.
When you've got the daggers selected, right-click on them and you'll see a "Transmogrify as:" menu. Just changed that based on main-hand/off-hand.
