Even when I swap it doesn't work. Funnily enough it has the purple mage tower skin saved on the mace in my offhand so when I swapped them it changed both skins.

@frail wedge you'll have to explain how to mog 1 weapon to artifact, I've tried every combination with a fist weapon and a mace. swapping them in and out in different orders, putting the artifact appearance onto different items.
if the artifact appearance transmogged is in the main hand, both weapons have the artifact appearance, regardless of what mogs they have already and regardless of what order they are equipped.if the artifact appearance is transmogged onto the off-hand the main hand keeps it's proper mog and the off-hand has it's base style.
if I have artifact appearance transmogged to my main hand weapon and don't even have an offhand weapon equipped, it still shows both weapons as artifact appearance.
I did get the transmog screen to show off-hand artifact and main hand as a sword transmogged over a fist weapon, but in the world the fist weapon reverts to it's normal appearance and so does offhand.

@tidal creek it will take at least a week or two of grinding nothing but pvp to get the first appearance. There are four appearances and I would plan on it taking quite a while to get the last one unlocked if you didn't do any pvp in Legion as they quadrupled the amount of honor needed to get the rewards

Emerald Nightmare bosses do not drop Tier 19, but the gear's appearance resembles Tier loot. There are no weapon drops from Legion bosses as well; but relics drop instead which can be socketed into a weapon for an ilvl gain and specific trait boost.

I assumed removing tier was more to do with how the azerite trait system works, by removing tier gear, they can more easily balance having more impactful azerite traits without balancing systems on top of systems as much. having only 1 transmog per armor type is just laziness.

Azurite system didn't really work out too well and won't work out well if Blizzard don't do something about it pronto, at least Tier Sets were (for the most part), impactful on your class and made you think about it in a different way, Azurite traits feel really boring in comparison, hopefully Tier returns next expansion.

To turn it in, you have to have around half of Stormheim questline done, up through saving the dragons on the mountain peak.

@verbal trellis I do have the Vault trait researched and I can turn in coins. And each time I get a choice of items to loot, even if I've already turned in a coin that day. I'm just not sure if each of these turn ins has a chance of one of the rares like the mask. I've done some digging but it sounds like these coin turn ins are only supposed to be weekly. Maybe I just need to wait until maintenance is done on Tuesday and see if these coin turn ins act any different.
