The dark blue part of the belt goes well with the hat/collar, but doesn't go with the t9 pieces. metal/white on the swords is fine, yellow glow kinda goes with the gold on the rest of the set.

It's probably mostly talked about in PvP channels atm accross the class channels. weapons/titles/mounts are all going to be mass unlocked by a lot of people. I'm not necessarily sure that's true that the time to farm them are cut...since you still need to do the same amount of PvP - the only thing is they made it account wide instead of having to do it on a single character.
Although if they let us add up alts at level 1- the point was brought up that the first prestige is 50% less honor so if you have 10 alts at 110 that's 10 levels for the price of 5
