@thick bridge once BFA comes out and artifact appearances are legacy they will be spec locked but moggable across all characters who share those weapons - so an alt rogue at 110 would be able to use them assuming you unlocked them on your main during legion. The mage tower appearances will no longer be obtainable post legion

So long as you dont just blatantly copy the base set
and you do things to make it unique
it doesn't bother me so much
A huge part of building a set is color schemes, and even though most of these purists would never admit it, the best way to make a good looking base to modify is to use a full set and then build off it
