the pants have a slight green shade whereas the top leans closer to a black shade. Your boots and shoulder are different shades of brown than the gloves, belt, chest, legs. yah the rewards in the vault are on a rotation. So if its not up then you need to wait. If you see it up then you can farm coins and every time you turn a coin in that day its going to be the same rewards
so you can farm unlimited chests until you get the artful dodging pieces from it

I do feel like each spec got a decent mog set to go with it. T21 is amazing for outlaw, T19 looks great for sub, and the class order hall is decent for assassin. Still not a fan of T20 just being an updated T6.

Goldkilla once you get a vault ticket you can go pickpocket humanoids for coins (can only hold 1 at a time but can farm them infinitely) Im pretty sure the boots and mask both come from the small chest
i know the mask does 100% and there was another piece that comes from it

So anytime you see that small coin chest on rotation in the vault you can go farm coins and keep turning in until you get both the boots and the mask
then you can do what I did and never touch the vault again lol

You do turn it in to noggenfogger when you get the quest. then the purple rewards will pop up - they are on a rotation so they won't always be the same. If you see the small coin chest thats when you should go farm coins via pickpocketing
Getting the coins will let you kind of repeat the quest
over and over

Brown is a tricky color, either you end up looking plain. Or you have to mix a brighter color to bring it out more in order for it to feel unique.
A lot like those pirate mogs who use one brown shoulder with harnesses and then the usual getup.
