The keys spawn on the lefthand pillar about halfway down that little hall if you're facing Marin, and sometimes they're there, sometimes they're not.
Just keep turning in coins, you'll get them eventually.

You can pickpocket mobs to get a Marin Noggenfogger lucky coin, that you can turn in at the vault for an extra chance at the scenario-keys. The items in the vault are random every time.

@bluesd#9446 it seems I was mistaken about my comment, was sure it was random everytime. According to wowhead the loot resets daily, so if you don't get the key one day there is no point in turning in more coins that day. But if you do get it, keep turning in coins that day for even more keys.

The Bloodthirsty Gladiator's Boots of Alacrity, Ironpelt Boots, and Ravenholdt Boots would work with that. IMHO, the Ravenholdt Boots work best with what you've got going on, even if they're more like shoes than boots- they have a similar color to the leggings, their cuff ends at the gold highlight of the leggings on the ankle, and you might be able to find them or a lookalike on the auction house.

@runic fjord try using t18 m but taking off the shoulders belt and helm, it's a quit simplistic look, I usually use a black bandana with it. I used it a lot when I was alliance because it looks really nice on taller races like nelves. I paired it with the heated spike daggers (from BRD?)

The only problem I'm having with finding matching boots is that those pants only go juuuuuust past the knee, but not far enough to allow boots that don't go up to the knee.
Best thing I've found so far to pair with them would be the Titan-Forged Boots of Triumph/Hateful Gladiator's Boots of Triumph.

Ones that come to mind are Heartshiver, Iron Quon's Boot Knife, and the Furious Gladiator's Shanker- they all have that grey/green theme going on. Might not be as vibrant as you want, however.

I would suggest to use the belt from the same pvp set from shoulders . Match with the glow. Simple and with an assassin look, good job.

The browns from the belt don't fit whatsoever with the grey/black from the legs / gloves / or boots, or else I would.
As always, seeing it in game actually let's you look at the color spectrum of the set etc, appreciate the compliment either way.

So regarding the Mask of Artful Dodging dropping from the Hall's Marin Small Coin Box, I posted this on the forums and decided to drop here just for your information.
Since neither the Small Coin Box neither the Large Plundered Sack have spawned for me, I looted the vanishing powder, the sprint boots, the bomb pile and the throwing daggers with marin's coins and vault tickets and the mask hasn't dropped from them.
Just for reference, the loot options seem to be the same each day, it doesn't matter how many coins or tickets I turn in, I seem to always get the same 3/4 loot options per day. Also, I seem to be able to pickpocket only one coin per day (and also hold only one per time since they are unique). Please correct me if I'm wrong and good luck.

@merry dagger do mfd + rtb before pull until u get a good set of buffs (TB, grand melee are the best for this fight), be conservative with cloak, make sure ur bursting down the priority adds. There's not a lot of strategic advice to give because so much of it comes to down to your rolls, like if the adds are up while she's shielded and u dont have good buffs ur probably just going to die
