Tysm for asking, I’m basically following the GitHub repo for loading the model locally but I keep on running issues.

  1. I can’t specifically figure out what’s necessary to completely load the model locally.
  2. After cloning the repo and downloading the datasets, I tried running the convert_hf_to_Molmo using the script but launch_script can’t be found by python

If possible I’d really appreciate a clearer way to load Molmo locally and fine tune so I can fine tune it.
