OK solved. The reason is based on my pc's environment. (onedrive's japanese char.)

Hi. In my case resolved by
conda.bat
adds next two commands on the top.
@set OneDrive=
@set OneDriveCommercial=

Installing ok. But some following example not go well now.

i have an issue when installing ryzen-ai-lt-1.6.0-GA.exe it says creating conda env and just fails telling conda was not found all though it is installed and is in my system PATH.
log files just say
'conda' is not recognized as an internal or external command, operable program or batch file.
