Also happening to me, also on Limbo 1, also in Forgotten Cave. It's gotten so bad mid-fight that I had to squint. Also visible through menus such as the map.
Settings are all low in the video, but bug persists even on all high/ultra. Played on Legion GO(first gen, Z1 Extreme, running on iGPU, AMD driver 25.10.20.01 which is latest for this platform.) Restarting the game does not fix, continuing the save reproduces the same visual bugs, can send save if necessary.

Same issue here too, also pretty sure its not exclusive to forgotten cave
Only things I know so far is that the lights appeared after the update and that the issue seems to be amd-card/ user related, unless someone with NVIDIA (or intel I guess?) also had it happen
