Having the order of worlds always be the exact same or 2 options of the same in the in between make each run feel a bit dull. I'd like to see it change up every run. It would make each run feel more unique if I knew before the last boss I wouldn't always be fighting the crab. It would also make the first boss changing have a chance to have some moniker of challenge rather than just a pinata. Maybe if the lower difficulties be kept as is, but the higher I would like to see more randomization in their order.

I kinda agree.
Honestly just having more than one option for the final world feels like it would help a lot with that.

Agree, although that is a lot of work that the dev team may or may not be accounting for.
If they're not, a quicker alternative may be to add alternate attacks to bosses (both elites and heroic) or maybe even a quick bandaid addition of throwing in random elites during heroic boss fights (may need to force unkillable on the heroic boss to make these elites engageable instead of ignorable).

I'd love to see mixed worlds where each location is from a random world, or locations with random enemies as an event
