#Lose FPS when moving cursor.

Super strange bug, I was playing fine earlier. Tried restarting but it did not fix the issue unfortunately. Video included, I've tried lowering all settings, switching to OS cursor and nothing fixed it.

PC has a i7-9700k and RTX 4070 Super, the game is installed on an SSD.

I had something like this happen this morning as well. I don't remember moving my mouse or maybe I didn't notice doing it . However lowering the settings did help in my case
