I tried to work on this essence by placing it with essence of flow and paranoia. Because flow states that the cooldown reduction applies to essence, so I thought paranoia would work on opportunity in this case. However, it does not affect the cooldown at all. Is it a bug? or am I misunderstanding the essence of flow?
