i dont if it is intentional, but second r can be upgraded for enough that you have over 100 percent crit. it just feels wrong to have 110 percent crit. i would like it if instead it converted to something else, such as more attack damage when for every 2 crit after 100 percent.

The game will have super crits later on, already confirmed by devs. Similar to how games like warframe do, going over 100% crit rate has the extra crit chance the new, stronger crit
