  3. Version number should be on top-right of the screen. Can you tell me the codename of the version?
    (Codename could be something like "PleaseBeBetter", "CoolestSummer", "Thirteen", etc.)

Also if you have time, could you please provide us the game's log files?

  1. Launch the game
  2. Try to play co-op and see the error
  3. Exit the game
  4. Press Win+R

Some region especially CN/HK in some networks especially have this problem, it might help if you use accelerators that support indie games and/or Epic Online Services.
