Uranium rod: found in zero g area and sometimes reactor. If gooped to a weapon it makes the weapon give radiation to whoever it shoots or hits. Otherwise a cool prop.

Mushroom: found in sewers. Eat it to get weird screen effects.

Gold tooth chip: found by hitting the megalodons gold tooth with a pickaxe. Acts as a dagger.

Pencil: he killed over 3 men in a bar with a pencil. Found in office.

Harpoon spear with sponge on the end: found in lake. Usually near the pineapple. But can spawn anywhere underwater.

White ac cola : found in the holes in mountains map. A land down under I’d say.

Ac cola glass bottle: found inside the reactor map. Usually near the more radioactive areas.

Barbed wire Bat : found in the zombie area. Lucy is its name?

Clown horn: found in circus.

Bionana: Found near the machine in office. Its a banana with eyes a mouth and one ear.
You gain a bunch of weird attributes if you eat it. Along with taking 90% damage.

Cutie plushie : found inside the cutie cave area in the goop caves.

Chaos blades: found in hell.

Ufo: reskinned gravity disk but looks like the standard ufo. Found in planetarium.

Cube sword: found in mines. “When I was a child, I yearned for the mines.”
