The static witch i will just call joey, would be the monster for a giant tech office it would taunt you use wires to grab loose items off the ground. i think "it" could be a blink and you miss it type of thing until you find a giant screen if you hit it it would summon a few monsters like the mimics and zombies and the office monster not the png the other one. you would have to go deep into office to find the tech office.
