I have heard about a Log Item, even seen some videos of it, how is it obtained and anyone have it?

it’s supposed to be for the next update apperently, I’ve heard people say the logs only use is just to fuel a campfire

It's for the crafting update but people modded it into the game so the only way you can get it is talking to a modder or modding in but of course if you're patient it will be in the game
