It will be in that building behind stump. It will have a doorway to where it will be extended into a room where you utilize factory belts for traversal and that will be the place you decide where to go in the factory. Also, you can go to another one room through another room. All the possible rooms will be:

The office. This will be full of cubicles and will have a monster that is a robot with an old computer screen as its head (I will simply address these lads as robots for the rest of this). It will be mainly made of metals and will be slightly similar to the stoplight having different types of needles and knives for its hands. They drop medium sized crates. In Office, they only attack if cameras laser points right at the player. Cameras will be in all rooms in Factory with a narrow laser that puts robots at alert if pointed at you. The office will have only one working computer which will function as a terminal. This will unlock all the doors that let you go to Extraction Teleporters. It can also shut down all cameras making the rest of Factory easier. Loot will be found in drawers at the desks, trashcans under desks, and crates. All the possible loot found here will be:
-Normal loot, Grenades, Weapons, Ammo.
-Folders on top of desks that vary value between 200-400. -
Storage. This will be a room filled with tons of crates and cardboard boxes that can be opened with the hit of any melee weapon. But, It will have an awfully large amount of Robots inside that attack on sight regardless whether or not a camera addresses your presence. This will have a Garage door with light beaming out of it so no need for cameras to alert Robots on your presence. Here, you can also find the keycard on a shelf and that lets you unlock a door that lets you in an extraction teleporter. Possible loot is:
-Normal loot, Grenades, Weapons, Ammo.
-Cogwheels that sell for 500 a piece. -
Waste Room. Its legit just the lava place with big metal things from mimic cave before halloween.
