Posting Rules for the Find a Server category
Rule #1: These channels are for Animal Company Discord communities only.
Do not post an invite link to a unrelated community away from Animal Company
Rule #2: Wait at least 3 days before reposting your server advertisement.
Deleting your old advertisement will not "reset" the timer, so to speak. Wait a full 3 days from the original post, present or not.
Rule #3: Only ONE designated user may advertise a group
The OWNER must be aware of and have designated you to be, the dedicated advertiser of the server. Do not advertise for groups you aren't told to advertise for.
Rule #4: Do not post unsolicited advertisements in the Find a Company channel
You may only post your advertisement in the Find a Company channel. If you are replying to a user who is asking for server recommendations and your server happens to fit what they're looking for. Don't flood the space with advertisements nobody is actively looking for.
Rule #5: Do not post your advertisements if you're not willing to answer questions or concerns a user may have.
There is a possibility that you will be pinged with a question about your group. As the owner or dedicated advertiser, you must be willing to elaborate and explain aspects of your group.
Rule #6: Provide a meaningful and accurate description of your company/group in the advertisement.
People need to know what your group is about. Do you host frequent events? Have PvP enabled? Want players to follow a certain theme? Do NOT send just a link to your server.
Rule #7: Do not insult or defame a group.
You may not like a server. This does not mean you have the right to ward off potential players from the server.
