we could use a monster like a squid/kraken in the dock area and you can buy a submerging helmet for $100 so you can breathe underwater and get really good loot, but its risky because you have to avoid the krakens tentacles it could look something like this (yes i used ai for this im a bad artist)
addon to this suggestion: maybe we could also get fishing rods that are weapons to rip off the tentacles of the kraken to kill it (only way to kill it) fishing rods cost $1,000

extra thing: maybe we could also have small squids that deal 1/10 of your health and only take 2 hits from a crowbar that give you 10 wrenches when they die
