Make your own editor Layout and set it by code

So, i'm doing a plugin, i want to change the layout of the editor depending on what setting you have activated in that custom Option button at the right/up part of your editor, for example by selecting 2D, you disable the 2D nodes and the 2D window in the editor by using a custom layout, so.
Is there a way to do this? i really want to do it.

I'm not sure sorry, but the plugin is a W idea and I would use it 👍👌
