How do I fix the title label "JUMP UP" to at the top center of the screen? I tried everything 😭

I would describe its current position as being the top center of the screen, and I don't see it moving (the alternate meaning of "to fix" meaning "secure or prevent from moving").
How are you positioning it now? It helps to include information about what you think is going wrong and what you've tried!
Is the problem that you want a little bit more space between it and the bottom of the cloud it (seems to) share a cell with? Or want the whole thing to get nudged down a little closer to the "start" button to eat up more of that space?
