I am completly new to gamdev and godot and am following a tutorial, it said to use the godot base 2d movment code, but i am getting the error that is above, plz help.
Here is code :
dasdaextends CharacterBody2D0

const SPEED = 300.0
const JUMP_VELOCITY = -400.0

func _physics_process(delta: float) -> void:
# Add the gravity.
if not is_on_floor():
velocity += get_gravity() * delta

# Handle jump.
if Input.is_action_just_pressed("ui_accept") and is_on_floor():
    velocity.y = JUMP_VELOCITY

# Get the input direction and handle the movement/deceleration.
# As good practice, you should replace UI actions with custom gameplay actions.
var direction := Input.get_axis("ui_left", "ui_right")
if direction:
    velocity.x = direction * SPEED
else:
    velocity.x = move_toward(velocity.x, 0, SPEED)

move_and_slide()
quiet palm

The error seems to be because at the beginning of your code or script you're using "dasdaextends CharacterBody2D0" instead of "extends CharacterBody2D". Try correcting that and let me know.

When Godot detects an error during execution, it may switch the focus of the game to your code, and you might accidentally write things by mistake.
