When i attemt to view the game in fullscreen the buttons and such get offset, is there a way to make the game funtion as normal when chaneging to fullscreen?

Be sure you have set an appropriate stretch mode a d your buttons are anchored

mhm, anchors and relative positioning is your best friend when it comes to ui scaling. having set pixel measurements will make things look very different on different screens
