#RemoteTransform3D displays jitter when targeting a RigidBody3D

I've got BoneAttachment3Ds being moved by RemoteTransform3Ds on Rigidbodies, and it's working great except for the jitter. I turned on "Debug > Visible Collision Shapes" and can clearly see that the actual rigidbody doesn't jitter, so something funny is going on.

I used to manually copy the transforms, but that also jittered. Moving to RemoteTransform3D fixed the hands and pelvis, but did not fix the arms or torso.

Any ideas as to what's up?
