- Issues Since Update 9
1.1 Frequent Crashes While Building Coasters
Since Update 9, the game crashes very frequently while building roller coasters, especially the Vector New Gen Inverting Coaster (4 crashes in 90 minutes of coaster building, where there were none before).
1.2 Random Crashes While Idle
The game also crashes randomly while simply having the park open without actively building anything.
1.3 Vector New Gen Inverting Coaster Cannot Be Tested After Reloading Game
The Vector New Gen Inverting Coaster often becomes untestable after reloading a save file. The only workaround is closing the ride and editing the station length before the ride can be tested again.
1.4 Missing Thick Spine Option on Valais & Nidwalden Drop (B&M Dive) and Inverted Coaster
The Valais & Nidwalden Drop Coaster is missing a thick spine track option, even though this is a very common configuration on real installations and has been added to other V&N coasters. The Inverted Coaster (4 Seater) also has no Thin / Thick Spine option. Instead, it seems as if the coaster now ONLY has the thick spine since the update.
1.5 Removed Track Style Options on Outamax Coasters
Some Outamax coasters, such as the Hydraulic Launch and Wing Coaster, now only use the double spine track style. Previously available options like the single spine and the two-rail track without a backbone appear to have been removed. Adding options is great, but removing realistic track styles reduces both realism and creative freedom.
