#Parties Do Not Satiate Social Need

Discovered on the current test build.

The info blurb for parties in the tech/development window implies that parties provide a social fix (as well as do quests).
Neither of these statements are true, as while watching one subscriber from the point of login (approximately 7:00:00 in-game time) to the point of logout (approximately 19:00:00 in-game time), the subscriber went from 63 social to -91 social. Nearly the entire time they were logged in was spent with a party, save for joining the party and going home to log out.

That is a 12 hour gaming session spent almost entirely with other people that resulted in a drastic loss of social need for a Socialiser. I don't think this is by design.

Hm.. I can't find any code that would provide the 'interact with other players' need for party members, even though it's intended to do so! I haven't run the game to verify yet, but from a search through the code it looks like this report is probably correct.

I'm guessing it might have gotten broken when I split social groups and PVP duels from parties; they used to all be handled by a single system, but now parties are a separate implementation, and social circles and PVP duels definitely do still provide those 'interact with other players' boosts.

I'll do another verification myself for proof of it
originally this was just me complaining in lounge so i didn't save screencaps of the sub's stats but i'll go through again and get some with another test

Should be fixed in the latest 'test' build! (0.25.25) Should be up on Steam in a couple minutes.

may be something unrelated, but i've noticed whenever a sub leaves a party, a bunch of their needs suddenly just all take a hit.
Watching someone who was 100 in social and left the party suddenly become 52 in social. the instant they left the party.
not sure if it's related to the same issue or a separate bug

It did also lower all of their other needs about the same way, as soon as they left the party.

Yeah.
While in a party, Opal's stats look like the first image.
As soon as Opal leaves the party, Opal's stats look like the second image.
This is literally seconds apart.
